Treatment of Stage II Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Treatment of stage IIA non-small cell lung cancer and stage IIB non-small cell lung cancer may include:
- surgery (wedge resection, segmental resection, sleeve resection, lobectomy, or pneumonectomy)
- surgery followed by chemotherapy
- surgery followed by targeted therapy, such as
- surgery followed by chemotherapy and immunotherapy, such as
- surgery followed by immunotherapy, such as
- surgery followed by radiation therapy
- chemotherapy followed by surgery
- immunotherapy, such as , and chemotherapy followed by surgery
- immunotherapy, such as pembrolizumab, , nivolumab, or , and chemotherapy followed by surgery and more immunotherapy
- external radiation therapy for people who cannot have surgery
